Tips for using the catalog
- Choosing a page: After you open the Undergraduate catalog, use the Bookmarks listing (the left window) to choose a specific section of the catalog which will appear on the Text window (to the right). Or you may simply navigate the entire catalog, in order, by using the scroll bar to the right of the text. Viewing: To widen the Bookmarks listing window, on the left, pull the arrows on the bottom of the window to the right. This will proportionally alter the Bookmarks window and the Text window. Zooming in: To zoom in to any page, go to the bottom of the window and find the magnifying glass icon. Click on that icon and you will see a 'Zoom To' dialogue box. Choose what magnification you want. Note: magnification is for viewing only. All pages will print 8 1/2" x 11" in size.
- Printing: To print all or any specific number of pages, choose the Print option under the menu choice File and either choose "All" or type in the specific pages numbers for a specific selection of pages to be printed. The page numbers can be seen at the bottom of the Text window.
